Chocolate Banana Pavolova


The flavor combinations for this light dessert are endless.  Pile the crisp meringues high with fluffy chocolate pudding and stir in sliced bananas.  A dollop of warm nutella adds the perfect sweet flourish.


Ingredients (Serves about 4)
*1 recipe pavlova meringue from 51 Porter (recipe, click here)
*1 box instant, sugar-free, fat-free chocolate fudge pudding (jello brand is great)
*2 cups cold skim milk
*~1 cup cool whip
*1 or 2 sliced bananas
*1 Tbs. nutella (optional)

Directions
1.  Prepare pavlova meringue according to 51 Porter recipe (click here).

2.  Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions.  Chill for at least 10 minutes.  Fold in cool whip and bananas.

3.  Plate each meringue and fill with pudding-banana mixture.  Heat nutella for 30 seconds and drizzle warm nutella over the top of the pavlova.
