Renee's Cappuccino

Ingredients:
Lavazza Espresso
Milk with some fat in it!

Instructions for espresso brewing:
1) Place approximately two tablespoons of (Lavazza) espresso into the Bialetti filter.
2) Screw top on, and place on medium-heat stove. Wait until you hear a slight lull of espresso action. (You will know when it's ready...)
3) It's time to pour the strong, dark, delicious espresso into your clear cappuccino cup, and of course a dash of pure cane sugar. And, of course, for a cappuccino, the milk froth
ing action needs to begin now.

Instructions for milk frothing:
1) Pour in approximately 1/2 cup of 2% milk into the metal base. (Yes, it needs to have fat in it, folks!)
2) Place on stove for approximately one to one and a half minutes and as you turn the heat off, place the frother inside the metal base and engage in an up and down motion for 30 seconds.
3) Now the all important last step is pouring the froth onto the brewed espresso. The last bits of milk are of a lighter color, so if you are moved to make a design of any type on top, just do it do it do it.

Difficulty?
Kelly's Kut Rating: zero!
