Nutella Cappuccino

My roommates and I constantly marvel in the deliciousness of cappuccino, and we are extremely excited by the thought of experimenting with different variations. Our first experiment was Nutella cappuccino, which combines the sweet, chocolaty taste of our favorite Italian hazelnut spread and the dreamy-ness of Lavazza espresso.

Ingredients:
Approximately 1 tablespoon Nutella
1 tablespoon Lavazza espresso
1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions:
1. First brew espresso as instructed on previous cappuccino post.
2. Place the Nutella at the bottom of your cappuccino cup and microwave for one minute, quickly adding the hot espresso once you remove the cup from the microwave.
3. Stir, stir, stir until the Nutella dissolves in the espresso. You need to have a vigorous stirring method, and you may actually need to heat the cup in the micro to make sure all of the nutella is dispersed and not sticking to the bottom.
4. Time for foam, friends! Foam your milk, and pour on top.

Difficulty? Kelly Kut Rating: No cuts, no bruises, no burns...just a simple pleasure.

Taste? Mmmmm-gasm Scale: 10,000 plain and simple.

Looks? Stephanie's Hotty Hot Hottness Scale: The foam on this one is pure art. The nutella makes it thicker and creamier, all making for a picturesque cappuccino experience. Oh, and the chocolaty espresso is pretty nice as well!
