S'Mores: An impromptu dessert that satisfied

51 Porter was in for a surprise one Tuesday night when the idea of S'mores popped into Renee's head. We had all of the ingredients on hand, and even though we didn't have a campfire, we had a lovely gas stove-top, which would work quite nicely!

Ingredients:
1. Graham Crackers
2. Marshmallows
3. High quality chocolate (Come on, do you really want to use Hershey's? Some nice European chocolate really makes these babies extraordinary! We had Cadbury milk chocolate from the UK thanks to Kelly's awesome cousin, but any high quality European brand chocolate would work, milk or dark!)
*Extra additions: toasted coconut, peanut butter, nutella (let your imagination run wild!)*

Directions:
1. First things first, you need to gather all of your ingredients together!

2. Next we placed a piece of chocolate (split in two) on each side of the graham cracker and placed them in the microwave to allow the chocolate to melt delicately.

3. Now time for marshmallow toasting action. We simply used forks to hoist the white fluff above the blue flames. Be careful as to not catch the marshmallow on fire (unless you like it that way of course!).

4. When the marshmallow is toasted to your liking, it's time to put it all together!

5. Last but definitely not least, enjoy! These fun delicious desserts are a classic, and though they're simple, they still throw a great party for the taste buds!

Difficulty?
Kelly's Kut Rating: Simple and delicious...'nough said. Careful not to burn yourself or set the marshmallow on fire...caution if using long, metal forks to toast marshmallow and avoid direct flame contact. mmmmmmm...

Taste?
Renee's Mmmmm-gasm Scale: Wow. So simple, yet still so delicious! The texture contrasts are amazing:  the crunchy graham cracker, gooey marshmallow, and melted chocolate. Goodness gracious, friends, a tasty classic like this can't get anything lower than 10,000!

Looks?
Stephanie's Hotty Hot Hotness Rating: Marshmallow oozing out from between a layer of melted chocolate and a crispy graham cracker, what more of a visual do you need? S'mores are always a crowd pleaser, and who says you need to be around a camp fire to enjoy them? And just to mix it up a bit we mixed in some peanut butter and some toasted coconut to give this classic a make-over, 51 Porter style!
